Google is said to release the Android 12 source code to the public on October 4th. In 2020 (as well as the year before last and even earlier), the publication of the source code coincided with the beginning of the deployment of the new version of Android on smartphones. Obviously, it will also be this year.
The first lucky ones will be the owners of various Google Pixel models. Then, gradually Android 12 will be rolled out to other brands. We do not expect a quick transition. It usually takes months.
