Russian occupiers claim that only 1/10 of their shells hit the target, while all the rest fly somehow due to their poor quality.
Journalist and blogger Denis Kazansky wrote about this on his page on the social network.
As noted, Russian military bloggers claim that a significant portion of their missile weapons are missing their targets. They fly to separate points not specified by coordinates. And this happens because of their low quality.
“And then these same people, who directly and publicly admit that their army fires most of the shells at whomever God sends, claim that they do not shoot at civilians,” Denis Kazansky emphasized.
Recall that strong explosions were heard in Sevastopol.
