An employee of a medical center in the United States deliberately spoiled more than five hundred doses of Moderna's coronavirus vaccine. This was reported by the WBAY TV channel with reference to the message of the non-profit organization Advocate Aurora Health.
The suspect reportedly admitted to acting on purpose. The media did not disclose his motives, as well as his name and other data. The company is known to have fired him after the incident.
Last week, he took 57 packs of vaccine out of the refrigerator and left them in obviously inappropriate conditions. The medicine had to be thrown away.
The organization he worked for said they were “more than disappointed that this man's actions would lead more than 500 people to receive their vaccines later than they could.”
