An agreement was signed with Hungary for the supply of the Sputnik V vaccine
At a meeting in Moscow, the head of the Russian Ministry of Health, Mikhail Murashko, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Hungary, Peter Siyarto, discussed the supply of the Russian Sputnik V vaccine to Budapest, RIA Novosti reports.
It is noted that the Russian Direct Investment Fund and the Hungarian side have already signed a contract for the supply of vaccines to Hungary.
Earlier it became known that Hungary became the first country of the European Union to register the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine. It was clarified that the registration of the drug was carried out according to an accelerated procedure based on the results of clinical trials in the Russian Federation and the assessments of Hungarian experts.
It was also reported that the vaccine could begin to be supplied to the Philippines. In addition, the drug has been approved in the UAE.
