A fatal traffic accident occurred on the Gaivoron-Dolinovka highway in the Kirovograd region. The driver of the car died in the accident.
According to the State Emergency Service in the Kirovograd region, a man and a woman got into a car accident on the road near the village of Sadovoe.
The accident occurred on the morning of December 5 on the highway in the Golovanevsky district near Kirovograd. Rescuers arrived at the scene.
They unblocked the injured passenger from the disfigured car and handed over to the ambulance doctors.
The driver's body was also pulled out of the car, but the medical workers stated his death. All the circumstances of the accident and the possible causes of an accident on the highway are being investigated by specialists.
Accident in Ukraine
According to the Patrol Police, from January to October 2021 154,480 car accidents occurred in Ukraine, in which 2,592 citizens died and another 24,905 people were injured.
This year there were 13.9% more road accidents than in 2020. However, the number of deaths decreased by 8.8%, and injured & # 8212; by 6.8%.
For comparison, last year, in 135 626 road accidents, 2 842 people died, another 26 726 citizens were injured in car accidents.
