American scientists have proven the benefits of instant coffee
Instant coffee can have a positive effect on the body. This conclusion was reached by scientists from the US National Cancer Institute and Northwestern University, according to the website of the National Center for Health Research .
Coffee beans improve mood and concentration and reduce the risk of heart disease. Experts believe that instant and grain coffee are not much different, therefore, the beneficial properties of drinks are the same.
Instant coffee is made from roasted coffee beans. The main difference is that instant coffee contains less caffeine: 26 mg in 100 grams versus 212 mg in espresso beans.
Scientists have concluded that not only regular coffee benefits, but also decaf coffee, ground coffee and instant coffee, albeit to a lesser extent.
However, combining coffee with sweets can be hazardous to your health. The drink temporarily raises blood glucose levels and hypoglycemia may occur, symptoms of which are dizziness, weakness, cold clammy sweat, and drowsiness.
