American aerospace company Astra postponed its first commercial rocket launch in the last second of the countdown. It is reported by Investors Business Daily.
According to the American publication, the launch was interrupted by the guidance system a second before takeoff. It is noted that the company has not yet announced the date of the next flight. The launch of the rocket was supposed to take place under a contract with the Pentagon, the rocket must carry a payload for the US space forces.
The company's two previous missile launches ended in failure: in September last year, the device did not reach space due to problems with the guidance system, and in December it could not gain sufficient orbital speed due to lack of fuel.
