AMD to release improved versions of older graphics cards to compete with NVIDIA RTX Ti and Super

As it became known, AMD is preparing an update for older video cards. And we are talking about updating the graphics driver for Linux, which adds 17 new device identifiers.

It is assumed that this amount is necessary for AMD to adequately compete with NVIDIA. It is noted that all devices reserved in the update are from the current line of 3D maps. This seems to be the answer to the GeForce RTX 30 Ti and RTX 30 Super, i.e. the company lays out the perspective.

But there are no specific official comments yet. There are only speculations from news agencies. As noted by the source, perhaps thanks to a driver update, AMD is preparing to develop new video cards of the current line or to improve existing ones. Perhaps it will be a new lineup as a step towards competing with the GeForce RTX 30 Ti and the upcoming GeForce RTX 30 Super.
