Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany Andriy Melnyk is outraged by the speed of Germany's military assistance to Ukraine.
Thus, on his official Twitter page Andriy Melnyk posted a meme that depicts a snail with a bullet glued to its shell: “German weapons for Ukraine are already on their way,” — Melnik signed the image.
He said that he received this photo via WhatsApp from one of the members of the Kiev government: “Well, Russia should not win the war,” Melnik mocked the speed of Germany's military assistance to Ukraine.

Recall that Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the Presidential Office, said that within the EU there is a controversy over helping Ukraine in the war with Russia, and this is what is hindering the delivery of critical military assistance. Arestovich acknowledged that the Russian army in Ukraine has a tactical success due to the fact that the pace of lend-lease has not justified itself. And we are talking specifically about help from Germany:
“If you remember when the Bundestag voted for the transfer of heavy weapons to Ukraine (April 28 – ed.) – but they still don't exist,” Arestovich said. In his opinion, the German side is actually delaying the transfer of weapons and military equipment, which affects the situation at the front.
