Almost died under water: in the Zhytomyr region, the guy fell through the ice

A man who fell through the ice almost died at a local reservoir in the Zhytomyr region. The guy could not get out of the ice trap ashore because of the strong wind and darkness.

The rescue service received a message from a victim who needed help in the Brusilov urban-type settlement.

He was in wet clothes because he fell into the water. The guy was able to get out of the local reservoir onto a gazebo, located at a distance of about 150 m from the shore.

Rescuers were able to help the man. They transported the victim by boat to the shore and handed over to medical workers.

< p> According to preliminary information, the young man noticed signs of hypothermia. Doctors gave him emergency care and took him to a local hospital.
