Russian women's coach and psychologist Pavel Rakov at a seminar in Perm revealed the secret – to make a testosterone machine out of a husband, you need to hand him over to the military registration and enlistment office and send him to war against Ukraine.
This is evidenced by an excerpt from Rakov's speech at the seminar, published on the Web.
The logic of a female coach is that Russian men today lack the hormone of masculinity . All they want to do is post photos on social networks and do nothing. In this case, Rakov advises Russian women to send their loved ones to the “SVO” and help the military registration and enlistment offices in search of draft dodgers.

And if a man dies in the war, then, according to Rakov, this is not so scary. After all, in this case, the woman will receive financial compensation. The main thing, the coach notes, is to spend money not on clothes, but on a monument for a loved one.
Visitors to the seminar responded to Rakov's speech with applause. As the Mash telegram channel notes, the coach himself sells tickets for his performances for 13,000 rubles. (about 6.5 thousand UAH) and chooses cozy halls instead of trenches.
