The supply of electricity has stopped throughout South Ossetia, the reasons are still unknown, the deputy head of the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations Atsamaz Bestauty told TASS. The problem arose on the territory of North Ossetia.
“There is no light throughout the republic. Electricity supply has been cut off from North Ossetia, the reasons have not yet been established, ”said Mr. Bestauty. He did not rule out that the reason for the power outage was damage to power lines.
According to the South Ossetian State Unitary Enterprise Energoresurs, the problem arose in the area of the Zaramag settlement in North Ossetia, where specialists are already working.
