John Ratcliffe, the Director of National Intelligence in the Donald Trump administration, did not deceive when he told Fox News that some impressive evidence of the American military dealing with UFOs was about to be declassified and made public. Or with Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP), as it is now customary to call flying objects of unknown nature.
The report is ready. Avril Haines, the current Director of National Intelligence, is expected to submit it to the US Congress on June 25, 2021. However, some of what will be mentioned in her report has already become known. Leaked. For example, the journalists of the American newspaper The New York Times learned that the materials prepared by the special services cover 120 events – that is, meetings with the UAP that have taken place over the past 20 years.
The report consists of two parts – the main text and the secret appendix. Surely in some of them episodes that have become very popular in recent years will be remembered – the pursuit of US Air Force fighters for these very UAPs. Back at the end of April 2020, the US Department of Defense recognized both the testimonies of the military pilots and the footage in which they captured the pursued objects, similar to 15-meter Tic-Tac candy, as authentic. The “candy” had no wings or other aerodynamic surfaces. There were no fumes to be seen, indicating the operation of jet engines. Nevertheless, the Tic-Tac was rapidly moving – at times at hypersonic speeds, making unthinkable maneuvers, then hovering, then soaring somewhere into space. And some dived under the water.
Barack Obama himself, the former president of the United States, recently spoke about such miracles.
According to the informants, who revealed some of the features of the prepared report, it is known what it will definitely not contain: statements that UAPs are alien spaceships. The secret services did not find any evidence pointing to the extraterrestrial origin of the mysterious objects.
At the same time, the authors of the report exclude that UAP is an American development. Allegedly, there are no such secret programs in the United States.
Potential adversaries – Russia and China – could be engaged in intrigues. Such terrible hypotheses do exist. But the scouts strongly doubt them, believing that the Russians and Chinese could hardly “rush forward” so swiftly.
The question is: what then flies? The intelligence community has no answer. There is only admission: most of what is happening and happened in the sky, so far cannot be reasonably explained.

The journalists tried to clarify the situation at a briefing that took place at the Pentagon last Friday.
Pentagon Press Secretary John F. Kirby was asked if he could “specifically rule out that UAPs are not alien spaceships?”
Kirby dodged a response, saying he was “not going to be ahead of a report that has yet to be submitted to Congress.”
But the words of the military speaker can be interpreted quite concretely: no one really knows anything. Either the aliens are flying, or someone else.
