In the center of Kharkov on March 2, a Russian bomb exploded near the city council. Windows were blown out in the administrative building, and office buildings opposite were also damaged, the mayor's office said.
The speaker of the State Emergency Service of the Kharkiv region, Evgeny Vasilenko, said that the blow fell not on the city council itself, but on one of the neighboring buildings.
The air attack continues, so rescuers near the city council are forced to stop working.
In the Saltovka area, an enemy shell hit the school, breaking through the wall.
Today in Kharkiv, Russian troops also attacked the building of the regional department of the National Police, the Department of Internal Affairs, the Security Service of Ukraine and the Karazin Kharkiv National University.
