As of Saturday morning, February 26, the red line of the Kyiv metro operates only in shelter mode. An air alert has been declared in the capital of Ukraine again.
This was warned in the Kiev city state administration.
Residents of the capital are urged to immediately proceed to the shelters of civil protection (a map of shelters can be viewed at the link).
– Another air alert has been declared in Kyiv! We ask everyone to urgently proceed to the shelters of civil protection! Metro Red Line stations operate only in cover mode. Trains between stations do not run! – noted in the message.
At the same time, the movement of trains on the blue and green lines of the metro is now going on as usual.
If necessary, airlocks can be lowered at metro stations.
