At 11.38 an air raid alert was again announced in Kyiv.
The Kyiv city state administration asks everyone to urgently follow to the shelter of civil protection.
– Subway stations operate only in shelter mode. Trains between stations do not run! If necessary, hermetic seals can be lowered at the stations, the KSCA reports.
