According to the technical director of the hosting provider and domain registrar REG.RU Alexander Khakimov, quoted by Gazeta.ru, users of iPhones and iPads that cannot be upgraded to iOS 10 may have such difficulties. Internet access also threatens owners of MacBook laptops with macOS 10.12.0 and older OS versions.
The same problem can occur in smartphones running Android 2.3.6 and previous OS versions, and there are also risks that this will affect computers running Windows XP Service Pack 2.
