Due to strong winds, the plane missed the landing time for commercial flights by only 4 minutes.
A Japan Airlines flight turned into a seven-hour ordeal of more than 300 passengers after the plane failed to land at its destination airport before a certain commercial jet landing time. By a detour route, the plane was sent back to the airport from which they took off.
This is reported by NDTV.
The passenger plane was supposed to make a two-hour journey from Tokyo to Fukuoka, departing from the capital of Japan at 18:30. However, the carrier had to switch planes at the last minute, resulting in a 90-minute delay.
As the flight approached Fukuoka, it became clear that it would not be able to land by 10:00 p.m. determined for the landing of commercial aircraft, the delay was 4 minutes. The delay was caused by strong winds, which also prevented other flights from arriving on time.

The original plan to reroute a flight to neighboring Kitakyushu city was canceled because there were no available buses to serve 335 passengers. The pilots were diverted approximately 280 miles (450 kilometers) from their original destination to Kansai International Airport near Osaka, where the aircraft landed at 10:59 pm.
However, there were not enough buses or places in the hotel to receive such a number of passengers. The plane took to the skies again early Monday morning and landed in the capital of Japan almost seven hours after takeoff.
Recall that during a Gol Airlines flight from Salvador to the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo plane, crazy passions broke out, surpassing the emotions of Latin American TV shows. Fifteen women beat each other and pulled each other by the hair, and the crew tried in vain to separate them.
