He also stated the need to "take into account the opinion of the Russian Federation" and hoped for "new leaders" Ukraine.

Deputy The head of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, issued another batch of trash statements about Ukraine and the West. In particular, he stated that Ukraine is supposedly “certainly Russia,” criticized Western leaders, and also expressed hope for new “constructive” Ukrainian leaders.

The corresponding video has already spread across the Internet and provoked the emergence of numerous memes.

On March 4, Dmitry Medvedev spoke at the World Youth Festival, which was organized in Sochi on the personal orders of Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin. Of course, the event has a propaganda goal, as the former President of the Russian Federation proved with his presence.

During his speech, Medvedev immediately remembered Putin, retelling his words that “Russia’s borders do not end anywhere.” In addition, Medvedev began to talk about how Ukraine is a bad influence on itself and other Kremlin narratives.

As another confirmation of Moscow’s occupation goals, a fictitious map of the world appeared behind Medvedev’s back, on which Ukraine is divided among many countries, but most of all – allegedly as part of Russia. In his speech, Medvedev, for some reason, put on a paramilitary jacket “like Stalin” (the same is worn by another propagandist, Vladimir Solovyov. – Ed.), and also remembered Leonid Kuchma with his book “Ukraine is not Russia.”

“Once one of the former leaders of Ukraine said that Ukraine is not Russia. This concept must disappear forever. Ukraine is, of course, Russia,” said the propagandist.

Also, the ex-chairman of the Russian Federation showed offensive, disgusting pictures depicting world leaders. In particular, there were US President Joe Biden, French leader Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and others.

The Internet has already ridiculed Dmitry Medvedev's statements, noting that it is high time for him to get some sleep, because he ” They didn’t let me have a normal hangover.” Users also write that “Dimon was brought a contour map.” In addition, the politician’s costume did not go unnoticed – on the Internet they compare it with Solovyov’s outfit, and some resemble the clothes of Kim Jong-in or Doctor Evil.
