According to the company, numerous investors are interested in the German Adler fashion stores. There are about ten interested parties, said a spokesman on Monday. The German “Main-Echo” had previously reported on it. The company from Haibach near Aschaffenburg has been in the process of insolvency under self-administration since January. The bankruptcy plan should be in place by June.
Currently only the company's 24 branches in Austria and three branches in Luxembourg are open. The 142 branches in Germany, however, are closed. According to the spokesman, they should all be reopened after the current restrictions have ended.
