Moscow. August 31. INTERFAX.RU – The medical commission recognized actress Yulia Peresild, director Klim Shipenko and cosmonaut Anton Shkaplerov (ISS-66 expedition prime crew) fit for space flight, the Cosmonaut Training Center reported.
Roskosmos cosmonaut Oleg Artemyev, “space flight participants Alena Mordovina and Alexei Dudin (ISS-66 backup crew)” were also recognized as fit for flight for health reasons, the message says.
The launch of the Soyuz MS-19 spacecraft is scheduled for October 2021. The crew of the film “Challenge” – director Shipenko, actress Peresild, as well as the commander of the ship Shkaplerov, should arrive on the ISS on it. They will be filming the first feature film in space.
The film crew will stay in orbit for about ten days. Filming will take place, including on the new Russian module “Science”.
