The driver of a car that drove into a crowd of people in Lutsk during an attempt to escape prosecution by law enforcement officers turned out to be a minor.
Aleksey Biloshitskiy told the local patrol police department about this on his Facebook page.
On Sunday, December 12, patrolmen spotted a Renault Megane crossing a double solid line, he said. The driver did not respond to the police's request to stop and tried to escape.
Biloshitskiy noted that Renault minor passengers filmed their actions on video, which they even managed to publish on social networks.
& # 8212; After the car went to Sobornost Avenue, the driver passed the red light and hit five pedestrians who were crossing the carriageway, & # 8212; the police spokesman emphasized.
He also added that a few meters from the scene of the accident, the driver lost control and crashed into a tree, damaging the electrical support and a road sign.
Three people aged 15 to 16 who were in the car , tried to escape from the scene. Law enforcement officers detained the driver immediately, and returned the passengers to the accident site after a while.
