In Penza, about 100 people took part in an unauthorized event in support of opposition leader Alexei Navalny. The protesters gathered on Moskovskaya Street at the entrance to the Passage shopping center. According to the protesters, the rally takes place without detention.
Earlier, Ivan Fenogeyev, chairman of the council of the Novoye Vremya Generation Organization, was detained. The activist wrote about this on his Facebook page. Law enforcement officers met him at the Sovremennik cinema.
