In Skadovsk, a policeman was sentenced to nine years in prison, through whose fault an entire family died in an accident.
The incident took place in June 2019 on the way to the resort village of Kalanchak.

Criminal proceedings were opened under Part 3 of Art. 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules, resulting in the death of several people) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
By the decision of the Kalanchak District Court, the young policeman was sentenced to nine years in prison.
In addition, the man was ordered to compensate the relatives of the deceased family more than UAH 6 million for moral and material damage.
