A 34-year-old Ukrainian truck driver was killed in southern Germany over a dispute about the war in Ukraine.

The conflict occurred at a truck stop. On Saturday evening, four drivers were relaxing at the “parking lot” and drinking alcohol there. A 38-year-old truck driver from Romania said that he asked his colleagues to turn down the music, but they did not listen, and continued to laugh loudly and argue. According to the Romanian, the topic of discussion was the war in Ukraine and the role of Russia.
Later, the conflict escalated and turned into a fight. The 34-year-old Ukrainian died on the spot from severe injuries. Three other attackers were arrested. They are 35, 41 and 45 years old. One of them is a citizen of Uzbekistan. The citizenship of the other drivers is not reported. The police are investigating who exactly killed the Ukrainian.
Earlier, a similar tragic story occurred in Budapest, Hungary. There, a Kazakh stabbed to death a 48-year-old Ukrainian citizen. Both men were truck drivers.
