Russian troops from heavy artillery fired on residential buildings in the Vyshgorod district near Kiev. As a result of the shelling, a high-rise building in the village of Novye Petrivtsi was destroyed, and neighboring residential buildings were damaged.
According to the police, a two-year-old child was killed, four more people were injured.
