In Germany, a truck that rammed US Army vehicles was caught on video. The entry was published by the Voenkory Russian Spring Telegram channel.
The accident involving the military took place on the A3 highway between Regensburg and Nuremberg in Bavaria. The truck crashed into the convoy, which included the tankers – they immediately flared up. To extinguish the fire, rescuers blocked traffic along the highway.
According to the channel, one person died as a result of an accident.
Earlier, the local newspaper BR 24 reported eight victims who were taken to the hospital. It was noted that among them were American military personnel, some of whom were hospitalized with signs of smoke poisoning.
The police will have to find out why military vehicles were parked on the side of the road, and establish the degree of guilt of the truck driver. His condition has not been reported.
