“A ship is not a needle”: the Navy answered whether the movement of ships from Sevastopol will help the Russian Federation

If the sea route becomes the only logistics corridor for the occupiers, this will become a problem for them.

Moving ships around Russia from occupied Sevastopol will not help protect them from attacks.

The speaker of the Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Dmitry Pletenchuk, spoke about this on Radio Freedom.”

“They can even be driven to Kazan, conditionally. There are other factories there, indeed. The same “Liman” in Kerch or “Feodosia”. There are enough factories. But a ship is not a needle , you can’t hide it. No way,” he said.

Pletenchuk noted that the occupiers may find themselves in a state where the sea route becomes the only logistics corridor, but not for long.

” And this will be a problem for them, because navigation there is not very easy. This is, firstly. Secondly, even if they use the same ports of Berdyansk or Mariupol, I want to remind you that in Berdyansk they also lost a large landing ship. Just in the port. And two more were damaged, significantly damaged. They are still in repairs,” he emphasized.

TSN.ua told how an attack on the main fleet of the Russian Federation in Sevastopol will change the course of hostilities.
