Director of the Association of Professional Users of Social Networks and Messengers Vladimir Zykov suggested using social networks to submit applications to government agencies. She sent the corresponding letter to the head of the Ministry of Telecommunications Maksut Shadayev.
In his address, Zykov noted that in Russia there is a practice of filing appeals to government agencies, however, for these purposes, as a rule, traditional methods of sending are used, for example, postal items or electronic appeals through the website of the relevant authorities.
“The Association of Professional Users of Social Networks and Messengers is asking you to consider the possibility of amending federal legislation in order to develop uniform rules for using domestic social networks as tools for submitting official electronic applications of citizens to federal, regional, municipal authorities through their official accounts. “, – quotes the text of the appeal RT.
In addition, Zykov recalled that now many regions are beginning to establish communication with citizens on social networks, which he himself very much welcomes, reports FAN.
