It is clarified that back in 2012, the Nizhyn regional administration provided land plots for rent with a total area of 300 hectares. The entrepreneur used them to grow cereals. In 2020, the district attorney's office through the court demanded to cancel the lease, because it believed that the order of the RGA was illegal. In the first instance, the actions of the administration were recognized as lawful.
The police officer became aware of the preparation of the appeal. He suggested that the entrepreneur “resolve the issue” with prosecutors for a bribe so that they would not file an appeal. In the summer, he was given 58.8 thousand hryvnia, as well as a scratch card for a thousand liters of gasoline from an entrepreneur. The offender faces up to five years in prison.
Earlier it became known that in Chelyabinsk the Metallurgical District Court sentenced a 22-year-old ex-FSIN officer to eight years in prison for accepting bribes from prisoners and trying to smuggle drugs into the colony. According to the investigation, the Russian, who worked as a security guard, received bribes from one of the prisoners in the amount of 85 thousand rubles in May 2021 for helping him bring mobile phones and SIM cards to the colony.
