NTK writes about this.
Little Milagros de Jesus was born prematurely and weighed only 367 g. Her 21-year-old mother was taken to the hospital on April 12. At 26 weeks of pregnancy, she began to have trouble breathing.
Since the expectant mother was not receiving enough oxygen, doctors decided to perform an emergency caesarean section.
After the procedure, the family received news that the girl had no signs of life and had died. They later collected the death certificate and received a small coffin for burial.
But on April 13, the uncle saw the newborn moving her head shortly after she was sprinkled with holy water.
The father, Ignacio Medina Vega, told local media: “When my uncle came to say goodbye with her, he saw that the baby was moving her head and breathing. Then we went to look and saw her little heart beating.”
.
The family immediately took the baby back to the regional hospital of Ciudad del Este in the Paraguayan city of the same name.
Father remembered: “The doctors told us it was a miracle. What was serious was that we were going to bury her alive.”
It is estimated that the baby remained in the coffin for more than four hours, with the lid closed for about half that time.
Hospital spokesman Federico Schroedel said the baby , may have been incorrectly declared dead due to catalepsy, a condition characterized by lack of response to external stimuli, fainting, and body rigidity.
He added: “Due to premature birth, this can happen, the patient will be left with virtually no vital signs.”
After her “resurrection,” the girl’s parents decided to name her Milagros de Jesus, which translates as “Miracle of Jesus.”
However, after a week of fighting for life in intensive care, the child died of cardiopulmonary arrest at about 9:30 pm on Saturday, April 20. Doctors tried to resuscitate the child for about 20 minutes.
The next day she was buried.
Remember, the singer died during a concert, tripping over her dress and hitting her head. She performed at a nursing home.
