On the evening of January 16, a traffic accident occurred in Kremenchug. As a result of a car accident, a minibus collided with a gas tank on the territory of a gas station.
According to the State Emergency Service in the Poltava region, the vehicle collided at the gas station Motto. A fire broke out and spread to the minibus.
As of 10:45 p.m., rescuers are extinguishing open flames on the gas module (approximately 5 cubic meters) and the minibus.
The State Emergency Service noted that there is no threat of fire spreading to the fuel tanks of the gas station.
The GSChS fighters attracted water barrels to eliminate the fire and protect. Fire water supply was placed at a distance of about 350 m from the fire site.
As of 11:00 p.m., 28 rescuers and eight pieces of emergency service equipment were involved in extinguishing the flames.
