An American from Iowa, Christopher Erlbacher (Kristofer Erlbacher), who fought with his friend Caleb Solberg (Caleb Solberg) and ran over him several times in a pickup truck, was sentenced to life imprisonment, writes the New York Post.

The incident occurred on December 17, 2020 in the city of Pisgah. Erlbacher, 29, and Solberg, 30, were drinking alcohol at a bar. At some point, one of them decided to make a joke and added mayonnaise to a friend’s food. Erlbacher called Solberg’s half-brother, Craig Pryor, and threatened to burn down his friend’s house and shoot him.

The man came to the aid of a relative, but Erlbacher crashed into his car, and then knocked down a drinking companion. He ran him over twice with a pickup truck. The American died from his injuries.

Erlbacher was found guilty and sentenced to life imprisonment.

Earlier, a Russian killed a friend because of his refusal to crow on the balcony after a game of checkers. In July 2021, a resident of Izhevsk committed the murder of an acquaintance in a residential apartment building.
