In Kiev, a man with flowers set fire to the car of his ex-wife's roommate

In Kiev, police detained a man who went to present flowers to his ex-wife, but instead set fire to her partner's car, according to the Facbebook of the Kiev police.
The law enforcement agencies received a call from a local resident, who assured that an unknown person set fire to his car parked in the yard and fled. According to him, he went down, approached the vehicle and saw a bouquet of flowers on the hood, and there was a smoking canister under the car. He quickly drove the car to a safe distance and put out the flames.
The remains of a plastic canister and a lighter were found at the scene. The perpetrator was identified and detained within an hour – he turned out to be the 31-year-old ex-husband of the applicant's partner, who wanted to burn the foreign car out of jealousy. He faces up to ten years in prison.
Earlier it became known that in Moscow, officers of the patrol service of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Yuzhnoye Medvedkovo district detained a 48-year-old visiting man who set fire to a bar in the capital. During interrogation, the detainee confessed that he had quarreled with the guards of the institution, after which he was taken out of the room. Then the man bought a flammable liquid in the nearest store, again came to the bar and doused people out of resentment.
