A large-scale fire broke out at an electrical plant in Moscow on the evening of 7 December.

Thick black smoke is pouring out of the plant building on Elektrozavodskaya Street in Moscow. Firefighters are on their way to the scene.
Eyewitnesses filmed flames and smoke rising from Preobrazhenskaya Embankment. According to public reports, one of the industrial buildings caught fire.
No casualties or cause of the fire have been reported.
Note that the electric plant was built in 1928. It produces electrical equipment for all industries, including the defense complex.
By the way, earlier in the same day in the Russian Ulan-Ude, a cargo plane caught fire during takeoff. Eyewitnesses filmed an aircraft in the sky engulfed in fire.
