In the Brest region of Belarus, bordering Ukraine, on February 28, as part of the military exercises of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, paratroopers were landing.
It is reported by Brestcity with reference to the press service of the 38th Separate Guards Air Assault Brigade.
Planned military jumps are scheduled from 12.00 to 18.00.
“According to the leadership of the 38th Separate Guards Airborne Assault Brigade, from the Il-76MD aircraft and the Mi-8MTV helicopter, the fighters of this unit will carry out planned jumps from 12.00 to 18.00. Paratroopers from military transport aviation will land on the training ground” Brestsky. There is no reason for any concern,” the message says.
A video of the flight of the Il-76MD military transport aircraft appeared on the Web. According to the authors, the footage was filmed in Brest. The plane flew over the city at a fairly low altitude.

He does not exclude that it was filmed at a certain distance from the border – 10-20 km. Demchenko stressed that security measures in the northern directions remain strengthened.
