Unknown people in the center of Moscow beat ex-State Duma deputy Shingarkin, he is now in the hospital

Unknown persons in the center of Moscow attacked the former deputy of the State Duma Maxim Shingarkin. This is reported by Mash in its Telegram channel.

After the beating, the man was taken to the hospital with a suspected broken nose. The attack took place on Saturday, February 5, near one of the offices on Samotechnaya Street.

The ex-MP himself believes that the attack on him was planned. Shingarkin is currently taking off beatings.

The police have already started checking. The former deputy assures that he was followed for a week.

Shingarkin was a State Duma deputy from the LDPR, in 2016 he left the party of Vladimir Zhirinovsky. It is known that in 2021 Shingarkin tried to run for the lower house of parliament from the Russian Freedom and Justice Party (RPSS). His attempt was unsuccessful.

Earlier in the Urals, a local businessman, ex-deputy of the City Council Yevgeny Tagai beat the mayor of Kusa Alexey Chistyakov with a wooden spoon.

The businessman had previously expressed dissatisfaction with the way snow is removed in the city. After the incident, Tagai fled the scene in his BMW X3. The victim was diagnosed with a bruise of the neck and head, he turned to law enforcement agencies.
