The committees met at Austria on Friday evening. Before that, there was a protest march by angry fans.
It was an announced march from the distribution group to the Generali Arena, where some fans had placed grave candles at the entrance to the office days ago. According to the police, around 70 fans took part in the march, but the peaceful portest remained.
At the same time, the violet committees, the supervisory board and the administrative board met on Friday evening. A few members were present, but most of them switched on via zoom.
All alternatives – from the license to bankruptcy – should be discussed in the committees. There are many indications that Austria could receive the license in the second instance.
Insignia boss Surguladze has given a partial security, the bank guarantee seems close, because private individuals would also be responsible.
On the negative side, sponsor Magenta is withdrawing at the end of this season. CEO Andreas Bierwirth is leaving the Supervisory Board.
