In Kursk, investigators are dealing with a hanging mannequin with the image of the governor of Starovoit

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on hooliganism after a mannequin with a photo of the governor of the region Roman Starovoitov was hung in Kursk. This was reported in the press service of the regional investigation department.
The incident occurred on February 1 at an elevated pedestrian crossing on Dzerzhinsky Street. According to investigators, unknown persons tied the mannequin to the bridge with a rope, simulating hanging. The Investigative Committee clarified that the persons who committed this act have already been identified. Currently, all the circumstances of the incident are being established, a criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of the corpus delicti provided for in part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code (“Hooliganism committed by a group of persons”).
According to RIA Novosti, information that a mannequin with the image of Starovoit’s face in a mask appeared earlier in one of the Telegram channels.
Earlier, a mannequin of a migrant was found on the border of Poland and Belarus. According to the Polish military, it could be used by the Belarusian side for disinformation.
