Complex “Strategy” is being developed to analyze the current maritime situation, and also for information support of early warning devices. With the help of the system, in the future, it is planned to control and regulate traffic flows in the seas and the middle ocean zone. And given that the complex can be installed on an autonomous mobile platform, it can be used even in the Arctic. As noted by Yuri Anoshko, general director of the RTI Systems concern, the developer of the complex, “by putting the software-analytical complex on a mobile platform, we are multiplying the scope of the Strategy. The complex can also be used in hard-to-reach places of the Russian Arctic coast. The mobile version of the complex has already passed preliminary tests in the field. “
It is noted that the “Strategy” complex is designed to analyze the current picture of shipping and identify possible traffic hazards. The complex also assumes a two-way information exchange to update the situation.
