The situation has not changed significantly. This is me about the infrastructure picture of the region and the alignment of enemy forces. But our Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to destroy equipment and manpower of the Russian army. Victory is ours and very soon.
This was stated by the head of the Chernihiv OVA Vyacheslav Chaus on the Telegram social network.
He noted that now Chernihiv is without electricity, and therefore without water supply. Chaus asked residents not to write about the lack of electricity, because the services are now working and doing everything that needs to be done in these conditions.
— Lots of impulses. Lots of problematic issues. Services are available almost around the clock. So please be patient. We are in a state of war,” he said.
The head of the OVA informed about the meeting with volunteers, with whom they had a conversation about how to arrange the supply of water and food to places where it is rare help arrives.
He explained this by the fact that people in the basements were placed randomly, and therefore some objects were left without attention. Chaus expressed confidence that the situation would be resolved in the near future.
