A part of the building collapsed on 20 Gagarin Avenue in Kharkov. The incident was reported to the police on January 4 at 11.30 am.
As established by law enforcement officers, the four-story building, which housed the office premises, was being prepared for demolition and was not used.
Information about the incident was registered in the Unified Accounting Log.
Works at the scene of the incident investigative-operational group and employees of the State Emergency Service. The reasons and all the circumstances of the incident are being established.
