“A schedule of temporary shutdowns for household consumers is being introduced in the Rostov region,” the message says.
It is noted that there is a power shortage. The company promises that after its liquidation, consumption limitation schedules will be canceled and power supply will “continue as normal.”
Meanwhile, Telegram channels and local Russian media write that for the second day in a row Russians are complaining about the lack of electricity in different areas of Rostov. There are no traffic lights on the roads, it is impossible to heat food at home and turn on the air conditioning.
As reported, on the eve of Russian Rostov was attacked by drones. Fires broke out. Local residents believe that the target of the attack could have been the local thermal power plant-2.
