The astronauts accidentally lost their tool bag.
A bag of tools, which was accidentally lost by astronauts, revolves around the Earth in space.

NASA astronauts Jasmine Moghbeli and Loral O'Hara performed a rare spacewalk outside the International Space Station (ISS) on November 1. Then their bag of tools slipped out of their hands.
The first-time spacewalkers were repairing components that allow the ISS's solar panels to continuously monitor the Sun, reports SciTechDaily, which documented the spacewalk.
“During operation, one tool bag was accidentally lost. Flight controllers observed the tool bag using the station's external cameras. The tools were not needed for the rest of the spacewalk. Mission Control analyzed the bag's flight path and determined that the risk of re-contact with the station was low both the crew and space station are safe and require no action,” NASA said in a blog post.
According to EarthSky, the white backpack-like sac is surprisingly bright, shining just below the limit of naked eye visibility, meaning observers should be able to spot it with binoculars.
To track the bag, observers need to find the ISS, which is the third brightest object in the night sky. The bag will orbit the Earth two to four minutes ahead of the ISS.
Last week, Japanese astronaut Satoshi Furukawa spotted a bag flying over Mount Fuji.
