A 10-year-old boy fell from the second floor of an unfinished building in the village of Svyatopetrovskoye in the Kiev region on January 3 at about 4 pm.
The investigative-operational group of the police department No. 1 of the city of Vishnevoe, Buchansky district police department, arrived at the call.
Investigators established that the day before a company of five minors decided to walk around the construction site. During this dangerous walk, a 10-year-old boy, being on the second floor, fell through a hole onto the concrete surface of the first floor.
The boy was hospitalized, consciously, in Okhmatdet in Kiev. Fortunately, the child was not injured, now nothing threatens his life and health.
The police drew up an administrative report against the boy's parents under ch. 1 tbsp. 184 КУоАП – failure by parents or persons acting in their stead to fulfill the responsibilities of raising children .
They face a fine from fifty to one hundred non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens.
