The father of a nine-year-old Moscow State University student, Alisa Teplyakova, Yevgeny, responded to the recommendation of Alexander Asmolov, a member of the Human Rights Council (HRC), to suspend the girl's studies at Moscow State University. In an interview with the REN TV channel, he said that the request of the doctor of psychological sciences does not meet the requirements of ethics.

“Asmolov is acting unethical,” Teplyakov said.

In an interview with Izvestia, the Russian explained his position. According to Teplyakov, Asmolov has no right to make such statements about Alice's training. “If he really wanted to be objective and impartial, for six months he had the opportunity to contact the parents – legal representatives of the child – directly,” he stressed.

Teplyakov also noted that the appeal of a doctor of psychological sciences is “a violation of the inviolability of personal life,” and any conclusions are made only after the appropriate procedures, “and not because he is Asmolov.”

Earlier, Alexander Asmolov called on the head of the HRC Valery Fadeev, the human rights ombudsman in Russia Tatyana Moskalkova, and the children's ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova to pay attention to the studies of nine-year-old Alisa at the psychology department at Moscow State University. He said that a “dramatic situation” had arisen around the process of obtaining a higher education by a young Russian woman; a “dangerous social and psychological experiment” was being carried out. According to Asmolov, the situation may disrupt Alice's mental development.

On December 21, Alisa's father Yevgeny Teplyakov attacked the deputy dean of the Faculty of Psychology right in front of his daughter. The published online shows how a man tries to approach a university employee with loud shouts.
