According to official information, the tax authorities received 250,000 applications for sales replacement in 66 days. The majority of these, 212,000 applications, were approved. A total of around three billion euros have been paid out, it is said. In addition, tax deferrals of 6.5 billion euros were approved. For the cancellation bonus, applications have been possible since Tuesday afternoon. Blümel recently promised uncomplicated help with just a few clicks.

A total of over 600,000 applications were submitted during the Corona crisis alone.
