The Israeli military managed to recover the bodies of 3 Israeli hostages in Gaza who were captured by Hamas during the attack on October 7, 2023. Among them is the kidnapped Shani Luk.

• 22 -year-old German of Israeli origin Shani Luk;

The Israeli military has not provided details about where their bodies were found.

According to military spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, Hamas killed them as they tried to escape the Nova music festival on October 7, and their bodies were then taken to Gaza.
