In the Luhansk region, it was possible to agree on a regime of silence in order to provide transport and evacuate civilians from the region.

This was announced by the head of the regional military administration Sergei Gaidai.

For the sake of safety, he declined to name the number of people who should be evacuated from the Luhansk region, but noted that there were already 540 people on the train from Lisichansk .

In parallel with the evacuation, humanitarian aid is being delivered.

– Today we unloaded seven wagons of humanitarian aid in parallel. There are different things: medicine, food, things, personal hygiene products. During the day, another 11 wagons (of humanitarian aid, – Ed .) should arrive at our place. Therefore, as soon as the evacuation is over, we will immediately transport humanitarian cargo to all settlements,” Sergei Gaidai said.

The head of the OVA said that the destruction in the region is beyond critical.

“People really need medicine, warm clothes, food. Because the enemy is shaving all over the infrastructure to create a dead land where nothing can be alive,” he said.

Sergei Gaidai said that the enemy did not advance in the Luhansk region, and an enemy plane was shot down over the Rubizhne Armed Forces of Ukraine.

He also said that the shelling was still not abating along the entire front line, and that the enemy had dropped a phosphorus bomb on Popasnaya .

He also said that the Russian occupiers killed Alexander Kononov, a disabled volunteer, in his own house in Borovskoye, near Severodonetsk.
