Two weeks ago, only a select few knew about the Clubhouse, and now stars, bloggers, politicians and even scammers are sitting in the voice rooms. So far, the app is available on iOS, and the creators are already working on an Android version.
- If you cannot download Clubhouse or no one has sent you an invite, catch 5 applications in which you can also chat on different topics. Warning: most of them are in English, so don't skip school and learn languages.
After launching Clubhouse, the social network woke up, realized that it was necessary to do the same and announced Audio Spaces. In terms of functionality, they are similar to Clubhouse, but are already built into the main application and do not require additional fees. All you need to do is hold down the Write button and select the Spaces option. Remember that Twitter, like Clubhouse, is available to everyone, which means that any user can join and listen to your suffering over Vanya from a parallel stream. Users with closed accounts can only listen, but cannot speak. Currently, 10 users can talk at the same time, but the social network is clearly going to release an update soon.

Leher is an Indian app available on the Play Store since 2018. The program supports both audio and video, as opposed to the purely audio Clubhouse. Here you enter rooms and listen to conversations, look for clubs of interest, popular people and current trends. Moreover, you can create your own space for like-minded people!

The app is popular with gamers and students, but it can also create voice rooms. At the same time, unlike Clubhouse, you set up the privacy of your chat yourself: you can make a private or public chat. The latter are available in a search engine, they can be found by tags and keywords. The big plus is that there are controls right on the home page so you can mute, remove attendees, and quickly check who's speaking.

Riffr
Clubhouse is trying to develop as a podcast platform, and in this segment Riffr is one step ahead. This app has micropodcasts for every taste and topic. As in the Clubhouse, audio conversations are available to everyone, and subscribers can respond to messages – the so-called “riffs”. A huge plus is that you can convert audio to video and then easily share it on other social media platforms.

The messenger that almost everyone has, can be used for huge conversational chats too. In December, the app launched the audio conferencing feature, in which up to a thousand people can communicate simultaneously.
